The Orbotron, or human gyroscope, is constructed of three steel rings spinning independently inside one another. The rider is comfortably secured inside the inner most ring. As the rider applies force with his arms and legs he begins rotating in a three dimensional orbit. As the participant begins applying more pressure the speed increases. Because the participant is always moving in three directions, motion sickness does not occur. It is an exhilarating feeling and fun to watch. One staff member is provided and 20 to 25 people per hour can ride.
